Freeminer Birds

Hello everyone!

We’re excited to announce that we will be playing a show at Boulder Coffee Co. (100 Alexander St. Rochester, NY) on December 26th at 8 pm. If you don’t have anything to do the day after X-mas, come out for some delicious coffee and listen to us play. We will be performing 2 new songs from our next album at the show.

We are also playing a show at The Gallery at Potential Life Studios (34 Elton St. Rochester, NY) on January 3rd at 7 pm. Don’t miss this one! This show will be with Tinker’s Dern (members of The Lobster Quadrille) and Gregory Paul. It is a benefit show. There is no cover charge but donations are greatly appreciated. Proceeds go toward keeping the gallery open so they can continue to host more delightful events, like this one. See you there!

There are new songs now up on our music player. You will find different tracks from “Model Cities” in addition to two brand new tracks that will be on our second album. The track “The Auctioneer” features special guest vocals by Steve’s wife, Corinne Bowen. Let us know what you think of the new songs. Enjoy!

This fall, in addition to promoting our first album Model Cities, Freeminer Birds are hard at work on our second album. We already have many songs in the works that we’re very excited about. As our new songs are completed, we will upload them here for your listening pleasure. Be sure to check the site often for new material! Also, we’re currently looking for shows in the Rochester, NY and Baltimore, MD areas. So, if you’d like us to play in your basement, at your wedding or Bar Mitzvah, please contact us! We’d love to play.
